The Team

 

The Preston family have farmed Swainstown for generations, with roots on the same land stretching back over 800 years. For the past century, monoculture grain production has been the farm’s mainstay. Five years ago, Arthur took over, and together with his wife Larissa, they have begun a gradual transition—combining regenerative agriculture with the protection and restoration of wild areas.
