The Team

 

The Preston family have been on Swainstown farm for around 12 generations. For the last hundred years monoculture grain production has been the mainstay of the farm. 3 years ago Arthur took over the farm and joined by his wife Larissa, together they are slowly converting the farm through a mixture of regenerative agriculture and protecting the wild areas.

At Swainstown we are trying to develop a farming system that produces healthy chemical free food whilst supporting natural ecosystems and promoting carbon sequestration. (find out more here).
