The Preston family have been on Swainstown farm for around 12 generations. For the last hundred years mono culture grain production has been the mainstay of the farm. 5 years ago Arthur took over and joined by his wife Larissa, together they are slowly converting the farm through a mixture of regenerative agriculture and protecting the wild areas.
There's also the lovely friendly faces behind the Farm stall counter on the weekends making you coffees. We have Kate, Cathy and Clodagh in our shop team.
